Get ready to shake, shimmy, and groove for a great cause at our Zumba & Brunch event! Join us for a heart-pumping 45-minute Zumba dance party that will invigorate your spirit and energize your body. Led by Dr. Tisa, a certified Zumba instructor, this dynamic dance session promises to be a blast for all fitness levels.

Following the exhilarating workout, indulge in a delectable brunch spread filled with mouthwatering delights and refreshing beverages. Whether you're craving savory treats or sweet indulgences, there's something for everyone to enjoy. And as you savor each bite, relish in the company of fellow attendees and bask in the warmth of good fellowship.
