Join us Sunday, June 28 at 3 PM at JB Fitness Studio for June's MOM-BA session, entitled "Men Moving with Meaning!" in recognition of Men's Mental Health Month.  This special session is for men, by men—a space where movement, motivation, and meaningful conversation come together.


Prince George's Fitness Ambassador Duan Somers will lead an energizing workout designed to get your body moving and your mind engaged. Following the workout, we'll have a powerful heart-to-heart conversation with Silas Grant, who transformed his life by losing more than 120 pounds. Through his journey, Silas discovered that movement isn't just about looking better; it's about gaining clarity, building longevity, and living with purpose. Today, movement is a daily ritual that fuels his physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
