It’s time to pause — for yourself, your health, and your peace of mind.
Join us Sunday, October 26 at 3 PM for our October session, themed "Pause for Menopause," a warm and welcoming MOM-BA session created to bring women together for an invigorating Zumba workout with Dr. Tisa followed by an honest conversation filled with shared wisdom and real support through the menopause journey.
Whether you’re approaching it, in the midst of it, or reflecting on it, this session with award-winning physician, Dr. Cynthia Omokaro, will offer space to learn, laugh, and connect. Together, we’ll explore what’s really happening in our bodies, how to manage symptoms with care, and ways to keep our energy, mood, and confidence strong.
